On the fourth day of the first month of the Lunar New Year, Lu Zhicheng, deputy Party secretary and mayor of Shenyang, visited Shenyang Chemical to investigate the production and operation during the Spring Festival and greet front-line workers.

Accompanied by Sun Zesheng, Party secretary and chairman of Shenyang Chemical, Mr. Lu learned more about the production & operation, safety management and environmental protection measures at the central control room and the chlor-alkali plant, fully recognizing the enterprise’s initiative to vigorously promote smart IT-based application in production, operation and management.

Lu required Shenyang Chemical to comprehensively fulfill its primary responsibility, put in place the safety and environmental protection, further improve its IT application, and strictly prevent all types of accidents from occurring in production. He also encouraged the enterprise to identify new directions, plan new projects, develop new products and lengthen the industrial chain so as to serve as a pioneer to revitalizing the economy of Liaoning and Shenyang in the future development.
